Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR).

Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR) is a method of therapy that can work very quickly to change stress-related experiences, and symptoms of trauma. Using bilateral stimulation the process allows clients to process memories safely, leading to peaceful resolutions.

HYPNOTHERAPY.

Hypnotherapy is a form of complementary therapy that utilises the power of positive suggestion to bring about subconscious change to our thoughts, feelings and behaviours. It is a safe and effective therapeutic technique for a wide range of issues including: habit breaking, stress related issues and a range of long-term conditions. Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP).

Neuro Linguistic Programming is a model co-created by Dr Richard Bandler. It is used in the practice of understanding how people organise their thinking, feeling, language and behaviour. As a Licensed NLP Practitioner, I can employ my skills working with the client to bring about fast and efficient changes.

REFLEXOLOGY.

Reflexology is a non-invasive therapy that can be received by anyone at any age, and can be effective in promoting deep relaxation and well-being. It is a touch therapy that is based on the theory that different points on the feet, lower leg, hands, face and ears correspond with different areas of the body. By working on these points on the feet, it aids the body to re-balance and work as well as it can.
